The clinical research and credentials behind Beautylizer RSL
Beautylizer RSL is backed by published clinical research, independent expert review, and device certifications across two of the most regulated markets in the world. Here is what the science actually shows.
The published clinical research
The primary study examining Beautylizer RSL was conducted by Dr. Svetlana Pervykh, a histologist and physician at DokMed Evidence-Based Medicine Clinic, in collaboration with researcher Natalya Bychkova. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and approved by the Human Experiments Ethics Committee of Izhevsk State Medical Academy.
How the study was conducted
25 women aged 25 to 45 with grade I and grade II gynoid lipodystrophy completed a 10-session course of Beautylizer RSL treatment over one month. To measure what was actually happening beneath the skin, biopsy samples were taken from the treatment area before and after the full course. The results were analyzed using histological examination under microscope magnification — not surface photography or subjective assessment.
This is tissue-level evidence.
What the research found
Adipocyte area — 45.4% reduction Average adipocyte area decreased from 123.08 μm to 67.14 μm after 10 sessions. Fat cells shrank structurally. The number of fat cells did not change — meaning the treatment reduced cell size, not cell count, which reflects a real metabolic shift rather than temporary compression.
Interlobular septa — 33.4% increase in length Interlobular septa are the fibrous connective tissue bands that sit between fat lobules in the hypodermis. When these weaken, fat pushes through unevenly — producing the dimpled surface appearance of cellulite. After treatment, septa length increased by 33.4% and the ratio of organized to chaotic collagen fibers improved significantly. The structural foundation of the skin was measurably stronger.
Microvascular density — 32.5% increase The density of the vascular component in the treatment area increased by 32.5%. Arteriole lumen widened by 23.1% and venule lumen by 27.8%. Better microcirculation means more oxygen and nutrients reaching the tissue and more efficient removal of metabolic waste — which is one of the primary drivers of cellulite formation when impaired.
These are histologically confirmed changes in tissue architecture — not surface-level measurements.
A second study on microcirculation and lymphatic drainage
A separate clinical study by Dr. Pervykh and Dr. S. Zhaboeva, Head of Clinic SL, examined RSL sculpting specifically for its effect on microcirculation and lymphatic drainage in cellulite correction.
Patients underwent color duplex ultrasonography of the veins and arteries of the lower extremities before treatment, after the third session, and after the sixth session. All patients received monotherapy with the Beautylizer device only, ensuring no other treatment influenced the results.
Key findings across all patients after six sessions included measurable decreases in leg and thigh circumference, reduction in tissue edema, improvement in skin tone and color, and improvement in body contour. In patients with edematous cellulite, circumference reductions of 1 to 3 cm were observed after just three sessions.
The study also confirmed that the treatment is safe for patients with varicose veins — a meaningful distinction, as most hardware cellulite correction methods list vascular conditions as a contraindication.
Reviewed by an internationally recognized dermatologist
Dr. Michael Gold MD presented Beautylizer RSL at an international medical conference on body contouring and skin tightening. Dr. Gold works with leading device and laser companies globally and serves as a principal investigator on clinical research in aesthetic medicine.
In his presentation he described the technology as a new non-invasive body contouring device combining vibrocompression, microcompression, and red light chromotherapy at 650nm. He noted that the mechanical impulses generated stimulate mechanoreceptors, support decomposition of fatty acids, and change fiber orientation — resulting in skin tightening, lymphatic drainage, and body contouring simultaneously. He described the treatments as producing visible results and noted the device is well designed for coverage and ease of use.
What the certifications mean
FDA Registered Device
FDA registration means the device has been reviewed and listed by the United States Food and Drug Administration. For aesthetic devices, this requires the manufacturer to meet federal standards for safety documentation, device classification, and manufacturing practices. It is a legal requirement for any aesthetic technology used in the United States market.
CE Certified
CE certification is the European conformity standard required for medical and aesthetic devices sold across the European Union. Earning the CE mark requires independent verification that the device meets strict safety, health, and performance requirements set by European regulatory bodies. It is not self-issued.
Beautylizer RSL carries both certifications — regulatory clearance in two of the most rigorous markets in the world.
Twenty years of research and development
Vibrocompression by Spheres has been developed and refined since 2012, with the broader research program behind Beautylizer spanning more than twenty years. The current device is not a first-generation product. It is the result of two decades of clinical application, professional feedback, and ongoing refinement of sphere configuration, oscillation mechanics, and red light integration.
That development history matters because the variables that affect treatment outcomes have already been worked out — in clinical settings, across thousands of treatments, before the device reached Scottsdale.
Used in over 700 clinics worldwide
Beautylizer RSL is currently in use across more than 700 clinics in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. More than 3,000 professionals have been trained and certified in its application.
Professional adoption at this scale across competitive wellness markets reflects a consistent track record of results. Clinics do not continue investing in a technology that does not produce outcomes their clients can see and return for.
Refined Body House brings that same technology to Scottsdale.
What it means to be a certified Beautylizer studio
Beautylizer certification is a requirement, not a marketing label. To become a certified studio, Refined Body House completed the Beautylizer training program covering device operation, treatment protocols, client assessment, and safety standards.
Certification ensures every session is delivered on an authentic Beautylizer RSL device by a professional trained directly by the brand.
Refined Body House is the only Beautylizer RSL certified studio in Scottsdale and the first in Arizona.
